Great experience after a rocky checkin, this had nothing to do with the owner of this property and more to do with the connection between Vrbo and the resort. Overall a great experience!

They have kitchens. There are outdoor bbq areas. There are a couple of different pools, At the top of the resort /mountain they have putt putt golf, an infintiy pool and a zipline. Toward the entrance they have an indoor water park. You can take the trolley to down town Gatlinburg where there are multipe trolley stops and destinations. Its close to the smokey mountain park. The visitor center across the way from the resort has parking passes for the state park. Entry to the state park is free but if you stop and get out for more than 15 minutes you will need parking pass.

I love that the rooms are really suites. We had a fireplace and the kitchen and in room laundry was fabulous! Indoor waterpark was pristine. I would suggest going! Clean and there is a restaurant and general store, very close to Dollywood.

We are owners, and had a terrific time doing the whitewater rafting excursion. We were first timers. Everything was so organized including the transportation, dinner, and the rafting experience.

Matt was our tour guide, and was knowledgable and very fun. Would recommend the excursions to anyone, and hope Westgate continues to do these.

This is one of our favorite resorts in TN! Family friendly and very convenient location. Cabins/condos are very spacious and clean. There are several pools for the kids to swim in plus a very nice indoor water park. Beautiful views all around!

fantastic resort very friendly staff if you get bored here you should have just stayed home. there is so much to do and are just only 10 mins from down town. look at my pictures that little guy was outside my balcony 🐻🐻 I named him Benjamin

I am currently here now and I’m having a wonderful time. Everyone has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. Staff went above n beyond to assist!

We had a wonderful week! Blake Shelton's Ole Red is right in town! We didn't go to the water park, but I look forward to it next time! The suites have everything you need, laundry, kitchen, etc. Lovely views of the mountains!
I recommend this resort to everyone!

From the moment you enter this resort, everything is perfectly manicured, beautifully decorated, and exceptional customer service. We would receive occasional calls to see if we needed anything for the room or to notify us of sales on dpa services etc
